When you launch the app for the first time, a Google Play Games (GPG) sign-in window will appear. As long as you sign at this point, then your progress will be synced to the cloud. Please note that if you have set your device to automatically sign into GPG, this window will not appear but you should receive a sign-in notification from GPG. If you do not sign in at this point, you can sign in later by tapping on the Options button in the top right hand corner of any screen other than actual gameplay. When you install the app on your new Android device, your progress will be automatically recovered as soon as you sign into GPG. This is also the case if you mistakenly delete the app on your device or need to reinstall the app for any reason.
Please note that if you do not log into GPG your progress will not be saved, even if you reinstall the app on the same device.
As long as you are signed in on your device with an Apple ID, then your progress will be synced to the cloud. When you sign in with your Apple ID on your new iOS device and install the app, your progress will be automatically recovered. This is also the case if you mistakenly delete the app on your iOS device or need to reinstall the app for any reason. If for any reason your progress isn’t syncing, make sure that you have iCloud turned on for your device. You can find this in the device’s Settings menu.
Unfortunately we use separate remote services for each operating system which means progress cannot be transferred across platforms.
Yes, this is possible. Simply use the same instructions listed above to ensure you are signed and syncing to the cloud. Please note that this will sync your overall progress but progress on incomplete individual levels will not be synced. We recommend that you relaunch the app on the second device before you begin playing on it to ensure that it has the most up-to-date progress synced.
You have two alternatives to pick up and drop smaller tiles:
Make sure your screen brightness is turned up all the way, and Night Light mode is turned off. Some people also find it useful to invert the colours on their screen if they are finding the last few tile placements tricky to complete:

Colour invert instructions for iOS users
We also offer hints if you need them. To access this function, go to the gameplay menu located on the top right side corner of the screen and tap Hint. Please note that using a hint will add three moves to your total move tally.
Once players have won enough hearts, they will have access to a brand new feature - the Daily Divination! Based on fortune-telling devices like the tarot or I Ching, the Daily Divination is a fun way to gain insight into any problems or challenges you are facing in your life. Simply hold a question in your mind, and you will receive three Symbols - each with their own unique meaning which might help clarify the past, present and future circumstances around your question.
The Daily Divination also contains three new ways to play the game, including: a timed challenge, an opportunity to beat your best score, and a wild card advanced level. If you would like to access these challenges without going through the Daily Divination ceremony first, tap the Challenges button on the bottom right corner of the Daily Divination introduction screen.
